Polaroid Ahoy!

Photo 1 – February 9th 2012 on my birthday, Photo 2 – Halloween Costume in 2009
One of my favorite possessions of all time is my Polaroid 600 which I received as a gift a few years ago. It came with a double pack of film which came in 10 pictures per pack. I used these sparingly and was extremely saddened when they ran out. Now the task was upon me to find more film… and there wasn’t any! The only film I could find was on eBay and was extremely overpriced and most film packs were past their expiration date by a couple years! Luckily I came across this lovely website called The Impossible Project. They produce Polaroid film for a few types of instant Polaroid cameras and my 600 is one of the types they make.
Film is rather expensive ($23 for 10 photos) but it’s so worth it! I have also seen it at UrbanOutfitters so it’s nice to know that it’s being sold in retail stores. The Impossible Project also sells Polaroid cameras so if you are interested in getting one, you can always check those out!
I recently bought some film in February for my birthday and I’ve only used 2 photos so far, and can’t wait to take more!

I went on a movie date recently with my darling boyfriend and it was SO hot out for what I am used to in Washington! It was so nice and cool in the theatre that I’m glad I wore my little bunny sweater. I think it’s so cute with the little fluff ball accent on the bunny tail, I love little extra things like that. We saw Snow White and the Huntsman and I loved it! I love fairy tale movies and stories so I knew I would like it even before I saw it.
After the movie my bfsies and I took a little walk and I got a chance to use my La Sardina lomography camera. It uses 35MM film so I’m excited to get the film developed and get to see all of my pictures that I took. It was a bonafide lovely day!

Hello anyone out there! My name is Natalie and I have finally made my own lovely blog to showcase my fashion stylings, possible adventures, and anything I see fit to share. Something big about me is I am ADDICTED to shopping! I spend a lot of my free time online looking at eBay clothing/accessories and I also spend tons of time browsing online stores. I am a girl who loves to thrift and I LOVE a good deal! I have found so many treasures at thrift/consignment stores and I feel bad for girlies who are above that because there are so many awesome things just waiting to be loved.

In these photos I am just keeping it simple, as I feel sometimes that is the best way to keep it classy. I was actually on my way to a job interview and stopped at a couple places to take pictures in downtown Bellevue, WA.

Keep posted, as there will be more to come!
